(A) The following acts and conduct on the part of students will amount to misconduct :

(a)

Misbehavior toward teachers or any other employ of the school.
(b)

Intentional disturbance of classes.

(c)

Absence from classes without the permission of the teacher/Vice-Principal / Principal.

(d)

Bullying/intimidation of others.

(e)

Eve-teasing / misbehaviour towards girls-students.

(f)

Damaging/disfiguring school property.

(g)

Propagation a strike/disrupation of classes.

(h)

Association with banned organizations.

(i)

Propagating communal / caste feeling amongst the students.

(j)

Indulging in physical violence in any manner.

(k)

Disobeying lawful orders on the teacher / Vice-Principal / Principal.

(l)

Brining unauthorised people /articles inside the school.

(m)

Theft/ pilferage of school /student property.

(n)

Any behavior unbecoming of a student.

(n)

Indulging in acts of moral turpitude.

(B) In above acts of a misconduct, principal shall take suitable action as per observation of the disciplinary committee depending on the gravity of the misconduct, which may include. :

(a)

Oral /Written warnings to the students and parents.
(b)

Suspension from attending classes / school for a specified period..

(c)

Recovery of loss to school property.

(d)

Issue of Transfer Certificate.

(e)

Expulsion / Restrication from School.
